Flooded House in West Point, VA

This house had a water damage on Christmas Eve of 2015. Every finishing in this house was built exactly the they the homeowners wanted. So when it came to the hardwood floors in the water damage the homeowners didn’t want us to rip them out. At our franchise we always try to save hardwood floors if possible, which in the picture above you can tell worked out well for us. During the water restoration process we can tent the hardwood floors. This allows us to direct the air flow exactly where we need to and make the drying more affective.
